Nicole Dove is a cybersecurity leader, author, advisor, and founder with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations navigate cybersecurity, emerging technology, and business performance. She is known for translating complex challenges into clear, business-aligned decisions that build trust, accelerate innovation, and drive measurable results.

 

Through Dove & Fellows, Nicole advises organizations, executive leaders, and companies on security strategy, leadership, emerging technology, and business performance. Her experience spans cybersecurity, audit, consulting, global operations, and product innovation, giving her a unique perspective on helping organizations scale securely while enabling growth.

 

Nicole serves on advisory and nonprofit boards including IANS, CyberSaint, and Women in Security & Privacy, where she helps shape security strategy, product direction, and the next generation of cybersecurity leaders. She is the author of Learning Cybersecurity Fundamentals, a LinkedIn Learning instructor who has taught more than 128,000 learners worldwide, and host of the Urban Girl Corporate World and Women in Security & Privacy podcasts.
